Meet Cooper
“Cooper Dressed to Impress!” Cooper is a rescue puppy from Tennessee. He was rescued when he was three months old. Prior to being rescued, he was in a jail mate program where he lived in a women’s prison and was trained by inmates. Cooper is a very loving dog, and you can see he is so thankful for being rescued. He is a super smart dog with a great personality. Anyone who meets him instantly falls in love with him!
