Meet Woodson

This is my baby boy, Woodson. He is my first Bernese Mountain Dog. I got him to take him with me hiking and backpacking. He is a natural in the wilderness. Woodson loves the great outdoors and looks for any excuse to get outside! He lives with two kitties and loves his sisters very much. They love him too! I taught Woodson how to draft, he took to pulling his cart instinctively. I didn't have to work hard at all. All I did was put Woodson in his harness and hitched him up to the cart and off he went. He wasn't afraid or anything. Now we travel the United States and enter into draft competitions to earn his title. Woodson also works as a Therapy Dog. We spend our weekends going to senior care facilities and hospice facilities to cheer up and brighten people's days. Can you imagine sitting in a hospital bed and having Woodson come and visit? He is always so happy and full of life, people just love to pet and hug him! He just earned his Therapy Dog title with AKC for completing 50 visits!
