Meet unknown

I met that lonely dog while walking along Manila river. It was attached tightly to a bench with a string. The dog grabbed my attention because I could see sadness in his eyes and I coulad see he was undernourished. I wondered how long he had been staying at this place stuck in a 50cm square area, and for a second tried to put myself into his skin ... I took that photo and sit next to him for 10 minutes before leaving with a bit of pain.
