Meet Tuffy
Tuffy was rescued from the streets of Tijuana, Mexico. No-one knows how he lost his upper jaw, but he doesn't let it stop him. Transported to Family Dog Rescue in San Francisco, he is gaining weight and confidence. He loves to play fetch!
