Meet Trashbag Charlie

I was tossed out of a car on the side of the road and spent a year in rescue before someone finally took me home. I like to make grumpy faces but I'm actually very sweet. I've got a Westie brother and a Westie sister at home, too. Also, we have a lot of foster brother and sisters that come through the house, too. I'm in charge of greeting them and making sure they're safe and comfortable.
