Meet Toto Bear
I adopted Toto Bear through "In His Hands Small Animal Rescue", located in VA. He was at his 4th adoption event when I first saw him. His Foster Mom, Tabitha, said he was unwanted & overlooked at the prior 3 Adoption events b/c no one could figure out his breed. That didn't matter to me! A large dog at heart-always in charge of our other 3 bigger dogs all while looking like a baby lamb! Toto is ten pounds of spunk & energy. He is so quirky & unique- we are so lucky to have him in our family!
