Meet Toby
Toby is a super enegergetic happy dog. He loves to be tickled and truly laughs when you do. He doesnt like excessive yelling and tries to bring peace by grabbing a toy and convincing us to play until we give in. He loves the water, is super intelligent and if there was a dog that would talk, he'd be the first, for sure!
