Meet Tipper
Tipper is a group winning 15" beagle. She has won 2 back to back group 1s. She is handled by a 12 year old. She won a 1st award of merit at Westminster. Out side of the show world she loves to bark and have fun. Her daily duties are keeping all the others dogs in line.
