Meet Thomas Q. Novak

Tommy turned 2 in May, and he is really unique for his breed (so I'm told). He is very laid back and quiet. He loves to be held like a baby and really enjoys being dressed up. He will even pick between two shirts in terms of WHAT he wants to wear!!! He has been a huge blessing to me...and a surprise in a sense. I had never owned a small dog and was not quite sure what to expect. However, he is more perfect than I could have ever imagined. He is very, very sensitive and can understand when people are upset. He used a litter box when I lived in an apartment. Now that I bought a home, he loves exploring in the little backyard. He is very sweet and visits residents at the nursing home where I used to work. He is only 4.8 pounds so he can cuddle with people in bed or sit on their laps. He also comes with me to work some evenings at my private practice where I am a therapist, and my patients (especially the little guys) love him! He really helps people relax. Tommy loves to play fetch and particularly loves a blue donkey that makes noise. Tommy also loves to go to my parents' farm and zoom circles around and with their German Shepherd.
