Meet SweetPea
Sweetpea is a Westies in Need rescue from a puppy mill in Quebec. She was the runt of the litter and at 10 weeks of age she only weighed 2.7 LBS. She was born with a defect on both of her front paws, however, that doesn't stop her getting around.
