Meet SweetPea
Sweetpea was the runt in a litter of puppies rescued by Westies in Need from a puppy mill in Quebec. She only weighed 2.7 kgs at 10 wks old. She will be 10 months old on Nov.21/13. She was born with a birth defect to her 2 front paws, however, that doesn't stop her from getting around.
