Moe is a 6 year old English bulldog who loves sleeping in any one of his 2 dog beds or crate, surveying his kingdom from his apartment balcony and saying hello to everyone he meets. Moe is a rescue from Lost Dog and Cat Rescue in Virginia. He lives with his owners Kate Oczypok and Brad Phillips in a suburb of Washington, DC
