Meet Rudolph Valentino
Rudy is super social with smiles for everyone. He does High 5, plays dead and rolls over. He does not speak which I think is due to his squeaky toy bark because of his collapsed trachea. He runs and barks when I am preparing his food as if to let the world know he will be eating.
