Meet Ruby

This was the day we picked up Ruby. Not once did she have an inkling to flee during her bathroom break, instead she just stared. At that moment, I hoped she felt safe versus scared. I wanted to tell her that no matter what, we would always take care of her. No matter what, we would treat her like an important part of the family. No matter what, we would never leave her behind. This picture shows the irreplaceable bond between human and dog.
