Meet Roxie
Roxie was rescued from a puppy mill by a family friend after they found her tied to each tree bloated and skinny as a rail. The owner of the puppy mill said he was going to put her down since she couldn't have any more puppies (she was two at the time). Now she has a loving home, comfy bed, plenty of treats, and a best friend she follows everywhere!
