Meet Roxie

Roxie loves everything!! Here she is hiking (after a romp in the Guam mud)! Roxie is a 2 1/2 yr old pure breed Old English Bulldog. We've owned her since she was 7 weeks old and she has helped raise our 1 1/2 yr old male OEB as well as 7 foster puppies from our local shelter and 6 month old pup we were dog sitting for 4 months! She is an excellent role model and is a true lover! She is great walking on the leash, running beside us while we ride bikes, playing ball at the dog park, swimming at the beach or cross country touring in the car, as long as you are there, she's enjoying herself. Roxie is nicknamed Rocky for her obsession with rocks, sticks and balls! A game she loves to play at the beach is find the rock and she will dive on her own to find a rock and bring it to shore. If you don't play fetch with her, she will continue doing this dive and retrieve until she drinks way too much water. At the dog park's watering hole, she will remove the rocks from the basin as you toss them in. Her favorite past time of all is laying next to us (or on us) whether it's on the floor, couch, car seat or bed! She is the sweetest girl and a perfect pet. I wish every family could know the love of a dog like Roxie!
