Meet Roxie
Roxie is a rare breed called a Coton de Tulear. She was born in Washington state, but emigrated to Canada when she was 10 weeks old. People she meets develop a high pitched voice and usually say, "She's so cute!" Her favorite trick is high-five and high-ten.
