Meet Roscoe

Roscoe is an outgoing dog who loves people and other dogs. He is well known around the neighborhood when taking his walks He enjoys meeting new faces, and loves getting treats from the neighbors. He also loves going for boat rides and then getting his belly wet in the water. He is known as the class clown when he goes to the vets offices!
