Riggins is an English Labrador Retriever who was sent over to the United States from Shropshire, England. Riggins is a very loyal dog and has a best friend named "Bob" whom is also another Labrador retriever. Riggins favorite thing in the world is his ball--he has to walk around the neighborhood holding it in his mouth. He is a Wuvbucket!
