Meet R.U. Reddi

Reddi is a rescued dachshund, he was considered unadoptable because he was so wild and would bite. We brought him home along with another rescue, and for the first week he was terrified as he'd not been out of a crate most of his life. He ran from us, and when we caught him would thrash wildly, bite, and go rigid until put down. He had not been socialized at all and had so many fears. With lots of love, patience, and work, he has stopped most of these behaviors, and we found to our lasting entertainment, that Reddi smiles! He smiles in the morning when I get up, and when I come home from work. He is still learning people skills, but has come a long ways from where he was.
