Meet Phoenix

Phoenix is an Austrailian Shepherd, blue merle, with 1.75 blue eyes. He has just a dab of brown in his right eye at such a position that sometimes he looks just a bit cross-eyed. He is a real Mama's Boy, preferring to stay by my side rather than go play frisbee with his brother Murphy and Daddy. We play games while the other boys play frisbee, games like Hide and Seek, What's That Moving Around Under The Covers, and Stomp that [stuffed] Moo-Cow... Ah, what fun! Phoenix just turned 4. He likes to sleep in the crook of my legs on the bed, and leans into me when doing so, which I find very comforting - he likes to be close! He knows when it is 5:00 a.m., and when it is 5:00 p.m., dinner time, and he is like a clock, although sometimes a fast one. He also knows Sunday, because that is the day we get Frosty Paws fed to us on the couch while Mommy adoringly strokes us and talks low and sweet...
