Meet Phoebe

Phoebe was found at the US/Mexico border when she was only 5 weeks old, about 6lbs. She was covered in ticks and mange, and terrified of people. But with a little coaxing, and a burger from McDonalds, she became the sweetest little angel, and is the most well tempered and wonderful rescue dog a girl could want. She's 3 years old now and 55lbs, healthy, happy, and we can't keep her out of that swimming pool!
