Meet Phoebe
Phoebe is a my wonderful rescue! I pet-sat her at one christmas, lost contact with her owners, and then miraculously found her at an animal control, after searching for a dog just like for over a year! It was like she was waiting to come home with me! Phoebe is a very affectionate, expressive, and adorable dog!
