Meet Penny
Penny is a differently-abled Chiweenie. She was born with a leg deformity, causing her front left leg to resemble a "stump" with two toes. Penny also has a severe overbite, however, she does not let anything stop her from living her best life. Penny has her own children's book entitled "Priceless Penny" that chronicles her amazing adoption journey from California to Illinois. She hopes to show the world that different is beautiful!
