Meet Penne
Penne is a beautiful (inside and out) fifteen-inch beagle boy. We quite literally rescued him off of the road when he was less than a year old. He is now the age of three and in perfect health and very loved. He loves to play tug-of-war and let you hear his very melodic bay.
