Meet PapiChulo
Papi is #3 of our 3 dogs. He followed my husband home one day... He was scared and extremely under weight and wearing a collar that was too tight. After weeks of no one claiming him, we decided to keep as part of our family... He is now a happy healthier chihuahua.
