Meet Otter

Otter is a rescue. We adopted him at the age of 10 & 1/2 weeks, by then he had already been in animal control in one county, to a home, and back to another animal control in another county. He has found his forever home with us. After going through much heartache from losing my 9yr old Milo to lymphoma, I feel that Otter has rescued me.
