Meet Otter
Otter was saved minutes before he was to be euthanized at a shelter by a woman in Virginia. Sadly, a few months after she saved him, she passed away, Otter came to live with me and my dog Emma in April, 2010, when he was about a year old. He is the sweetest, most affectionate dog I have ever met.
