Meet Oscar

I rescued Oscar from a "breeder" in Seattle, WA. He had no human socialization and was kept outdoors (along with 20-30 other dogs) at all times for the first 2 yrs of his life until I brought him home with me. His ears were rotted. The "breeder" told me she sprayed Listerine on them to kill the bacteria?!?!? Everyone loves Oscar!! He is not as timid anymore although he doesn't like huge crowds as he draws tons of attention because he is so adorable. He's finally come out of his shell and quite often speaks his mind especially when he wants me to give him a treat, haha! I love him so dearly!
