Meet Mutzie

Mutzie was a special girl. Runt of the litter, moderate brain damage, spinal cord injury, but her best feature is by far her 10 inch tongue! This amazing appendage made people stop in their tracks, they didn't know if they should feel sorry for her or just bust a gut laughing. Due to the fact her could not get the tongue in her month, and had no saliva to protect her teeth, most of her teeth had to be pulled. Also, the weight of the tongue over time, made the left side of her jaw twist to the left. Yes folks, she was a mess, and I loved her with all my heart. I had the pleasure of having her for 11 years, she was a dog many would have put down because of her disabilities, I got her when she was 6 wks old, and I would not have given her up for anything. Her quirks are greatly missed.
