Meet Miss Libby
It started with a Facebook photo of a senior basset girl in a red coat. We adopted Libby from Recycled Doggies on December 1,2012. She was surrendered to a shelter in Paris,KY after her elderly owner died and the family decided not to keep her. Libby is quirky,sassy,stubborn,and not afraid to use her voice. She does a dance before each meal,and is "Daddy's Girl". Despite 2 surgeries and a diagnosis of hemangiosarcoma on her 3rd eyelid,her tail has never stopped wagging.
