Meet Mildred
This is Mildred. She is a beautiful 12 year old Yorkie. The first 10 years of her life were spent in a puppy mill. She was only 3.5 pounds when she was rescued. Now she is a healthy 7.5 pounds and she is the perfect example of what a little love can do.
