Meet Mia
Miss Mia is a 7 year old miniature Schnauzer. Last summer, she went blind in three days. She became very ill and we almost lost her. Fast forward a year, cataract surgery, and her desire and drive to fight, she can see and is doing well. We count each day as a miracle. This photo is on her favorite walking trail.

- Foods As a diabetic, her diet is restrictive. However, cheese, chicken, and salmon bring out the beggar in her.
- Pastimes Summer naps under a shady tree, playing in the snow, chasing green tennis balls and catching them off of a bounce
