Meet Maya

Maya is such a cheerful, loving dog who always wears a huge smile on her face! After being left behind at a high-risk kill shelter, a Tails Humane Society member took a special trip to rescue Maya and was soon brought to DeKalb, IL to be put up for adoption. Maya has come so far from being a guarded, afraid puppy at time of adoption. She loves to play with her wiener dog friend, Sadie and has two cat siblings, Bonnie and Clyde!
