Meet Makita Skye
Makita adopted me from the shelter over 1 year ago. I just wanted a companion since I am disabled. Makita started to help me from the very first day she came into our home. She would follow me in every room. Then give me items such as slippers and things I would drop on the floor. She wanted to help me and please me so much. Today she is my service dog for mobility. She also loves to perform tricks and knows over 50 tricks. She enjoys attention and loves to please. Since she walked into my life, my quality of life is better then it's ever been. Makita means "Forever Friend" and that is what she is to me.
