Meet Lucy Pomeroy

Lucy is a 1 and 1 month old purebred Dalmatian (though the purebred part really doesn't matter to me). Lucy was born February 15th 2011, and which I picked her up in April 2011 - now, my boyfriend and I had been going back and forth about having a dog for a while; we both wanted one, but in an apartment my boyfriend was wary about the whole idea. Well, come around a week or two after our anniversary in March, I saw this ad on AZCentral for 6 Dalmatian Puppies - and they weren't a fortune to buy because they weren't papered or registered AKC, EKC dogs and I had just gotten a job at a Veterinary Hospital a couple days beforehand. So right away, I ran into our bedroom and banged on the shower door where my boyfriend was, dragged him out, and showed him the pictures of the puppies. I felt like I was 10 years old again, begging my parents for a dog - so I said, "please please please!" and this was the first time he finally gave in. So on the day I go to look at the puppies, I went and saw them and there were only two girls left. She was absolutely adorable, very quiet, very calm, and the second I picked her up she gave me a kiss and it was love at first sight.
