Meet Lucy

Lucy and one of her siblings were found abandoned in a city park. She is a teacup Shih Tzu and a very special friend. Her roommate is a large grey, elderly cat that has become a real buddy to her. She is a little dog with a big personality that plays frisbee with a plastic lid from a potato chip can.
