Louie is a 9 month old English Bulldog. He is the sweetest, most snuggly little boy! He has an amazing personality and loves everyone that he meets! Louie has gone through a lot in his life already - he has gotten 2 eye surgeries and recently got back surgery! He is excited to be able to run again!
