Meet Lishi

This picture of Lishi was taken in 2008. She was my sweet and precious companion from the time she was 8 weeks old. At 11, she still acted like a puppy, flying airborne off the deck like a jack rabbit - chasing squirrels; curled up in the small of my back to sleep. The "Love Bomb" my friends called her. On January 1, 2010 she was attacked by a big, unleashed dog. She sustained serious injuries and died on the 13th. I am crushed but will always have her wonderful, tender memories in my heart.
