Meet Liberty
A more fitting name could not possibly have been bestowed upon another dog. Not only did this little girl arrive by complete surprise, born on a semi-truck while traveling in Philadelphia on July 3rd, but she also has absolutely no qualms about taking all the liberties her little paws can handle. No kidding. This little girl is all smiles because she's doggone naughty and she knows it! But that's exactly why we fell in with love her.
