Meet Kemper

Meet my dog, Kemper.  He is a miniature pinscher/ toy fox terrier mix, and he embodies all of the exuberant, curious energy that you would expect from both breeds.  He quickly captures the hearts of everyone he meets.  He showers guests with kisses and is confident everyone was born to be his friend.  He loves being outside and can’t wait for his daily walk.  On special days we spend the afternoon at the forest preserve, chasing birds and playing soccer.  All of these things should be enough for you to fall in love with him, but there is more.  About a year ago, my younger brother passed away unexpectedly.  I thought my heart would never be the same.  Somehow, Kemper has been able to take the pieces of my broken heart and mend it back together again with his unconditional love and joy. He’s my soulmate and my best friend.
