Meet Javier
Javier is a Bichon/Maltese mix who hardly ever barks. He's probably only barked 20 times or less in his entire life. Javier was born 3/17/09 and became part of his forever home on 9/4/09. He's very social and is quickly friends with everyone he meets. He's a very special dog. He loves squeaky toys, hates rubber toys, and loves his people. And his people love him!
