Meet Jasper

Jasper is a 1yr old collie/chihuahua mix. He was rescued from the streets of Tecate, Mx when he was 8mths old. He was a stray and had been hit by a car and left to die on the side of the street. Two days later a lady found him and took him home where she let him heal on his own. She couldn't afford the vet cost so his paw healed incorrectly. He has a bit of a limp but that doesn't stop him. He's full of life and loves to play. Jasper has the best little personality and is such a good little boy.
