Meet Issac
He is a spunky little dog that thinks he is a large breed. He is only 10 pounds but his personality makes him seem bigger. If you are trying to ignore him he knows and will continue to bother you more. I love my little Issac because he is a snuggler who loves to hide under pillows on the bed and on the couch. He is such a goofy dog.
