Meet HotShot
HotShot, my 110-lb German Shepherd, came to me the day of the memorial service for our 19 local Hotshots who perished in a fire on June 30, 2013. I knew some of the crew and HotShot was the only fitting name for him. In August 2015, when I wrecked on my motorcycle, HotShot turned into a nurse when I came home from the hospital. Of all the dogs I have encountered in my life, HotShot is definitely my souldog. He is smart, goofy, and in tune with my moods. He will be 4 years old on May 12th.
