Meet Higgins
Higgins was rescued from Mexico August 2012.. He was begging for food around a parking lot. My sister and mom was able of get him to the vet and treat him and vaccinate him. Higgins is a lucky dog and he is lucky to be alive. His best friend is River who he plays with, and now has a brother name Chase. He loves his new home and owner.
