Hemi Lou is a very smart dog... she knows shes spoiled and knows how to get what she wants! She is known around town for being the sassiest dog in the city... She auditioned for "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" and was told she was "overly pawlified" That didn't get her down, it just alotted her more time in the salon, where she enjoys sipping sparkling water, and having her toenails painted.
