Meet Harley
I met Harley while volunteering at an animal shelter in Los Angeles. I call him My IMPULSE BUY that turned out to be a MEANT TO BE. He was found on the street. Can you even imagine not moving Heaven and Earth to find your dog? This is a classic example of One man's junk is another man's TREASURE!
