Meet Harley

I haven’t always been the happiest Lab on the block. My first parents had to get rid of me, something about losing their job and an illness....I don’t understand what all of it means, or maybe I'm just not as cute as when I was little... but anyway they took me to this place. It was so loud and there were dogs barking all around. Nice people came to visit, but would just out their fingers through the holes in my cage for a second then leave, for one of the little pups. See I am a little over 2 years old, and though why doesn’t anyone want me? I'm a great catch! I can sit, stay, speak, crawl and working on turning over. Finally I met my new Mom; I won her over with my charm and good looks, and obedience (although I was pretty rambunctious at first). I love my new home and have never been happier. I have a ton of dog friends too which is pretty cool! Thanks for reading my story. I hope every animal in the shelter is as lucky as I am.
