Meet Franklin
Franklin is a rescure dog. Highlights for this year is the runner up to the Human and Dog Race for the Calgary Basset Hound Rescue. He lost to a dashound. He is the most loving dog. Unfortunately at 80 pounds he still thinks he is a lap top. Loves to howl to the the "Happy Birthday" son.
